An extraordinary evening at the National Constitution Center, where guests experienced an elegant culinary journey curated by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.

Highlights included Carving Stations featuring freshly sliced Prime Rib and Italian Stations showcasing Tiger Prawn Rigatoni prepared tableside in Parmesan wheels. Passed bowls delighted with Chilean Sea Bass and Cornish Hen, while Dessert Stations enchanted with Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse, Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cups, and Olive Oil Cake Bites.

The Liberty Medal Dinner Reception was a remarkable celebration of excellence at one of Philadelphia’s most iconic venues.

✨ What a monumental start to a historic season at The Philadelphia Orchestra’s Opening Night Celebration – Benefactor Reception & Gala Dinner ✨

As The Philadelphia Orchestra marked the start to its 125th anniversary season with a breathtaking performance led by Music and Artistic Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Rhubarb Hospitality Collection was honored to craft a culinary experience for guests. From passed canapés like Green Pea Tartine, to vibrant bowls featuring Grilled Lobster with Spinach, Carolina Rice, Coconut & Saffron, the evening culminated in a plated three-course dinner of Georges Bank Halibut, Wagyu Sirloin, and decadent plated desserts.

✨ What a night! We were honored to be part of the Great Stages Gala, celebrating and supporting the restoration of the iconic Academy of Music, and the incredible programs, people, and venues of The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts.

It was a beautiful evening at the Kimmel Center and Academy of Music, showcasing the power of the arts, and featuring a menu as dazzling as the occasion, with chic bites like Peking duck tacos, saffron paella, and Eton mess.
