Nights like this make the writing and rehearsing feel appreciated.
Nights like this make me feel like I'm okay at this.

One guest said he would 'love to have me read him a book.' Last week, a guest told me she appreciated being able to hear every word of the ceremony. Another said he could listen to me 'narrate the story of his life.' These comments make me feel good because I work so hard on the vocal aspects of officiating.

Thanks to my beautiful couple Dana & Brian (not pictured), to , , and to Gideon and Jason, the two jazz musicians the couple found while they were busking in Central Park.

So great to see Josh Gondelman perform live in Dayton, KY Commonwealth Comedy Club tonight! During any set, it's satisfying when a comedian hits a multilevel rapid-fire riff that makes the laughter just roll from the whole room and Josh hit that mark several times. Here’s to that Brooklyn ring cam riff! so smart.

I have set tours where I take people around midtown or the theater district. Those are fun, but when I take a private group around to...wherever they want to go...including midtown...that's really fun. In fact, when I started guiding, I thought I would do private group tours all the time.
