Draping is officially having a moment this season and we are totally here for it.

As much as we adore our canvas marquees exactly as they are, we canโ€™t deny that a little spectacular draping has the power to completely sweep us off our feet.

This particular marquee wedding was a white wedding dream, with the softest draping cascading across the marquee peaks and elegant pole drapes creating the most beautiful sense of movement and romance.

Simple? Yes. Effective? Absolutely.

Itโ€™s amazing how one detail can completely transform the feel of a marquee, taking it from beautiful to utterly spectacular. And if this is the draping trend of the season, weโ€™re very much on board.

Every marquee deserves a mirrorball. An absolute marquee necessity in our opinion.

Thereโ€™s just something about that sparkle, romantic glow and endless twinkle that brings the dance floor to life. As the lights go down and the party gets started, that little disco ball magic takes over the whole marquee.

Because really, can you ever have too much sparkle? We think not!!

From the outside in - Weโ€™re huge believers that, when it comes to your wedding day, you have to take a moment to stand back and take it all in.

For E & E, their stunning wedding at Jervaulx Abbey was the perfect example. From the moment you say โ€œyesโ€, to the moment you finally say โ€œI doโ€, and then sitting down as newlyweds, surrounded by the people you love most, itโ€™s no small thing.

So pause. Look around. Take a breath. Soak up the flowers, the marquee and surroundings, the laughter, the little moments and, most importantly, the people who are there to celebrate with you.

Enjoy every single moment.

We spy a Wills at Ladies Day at

And what a setting it was! The VIP marquee was brought to life with the most spectacular array of food from with grazing stations designed by .flowers taking centre stage.

A feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds, all beneath one of our Wills marquees. The perfect setting for a day of racing, fabulous food and a little bit of glamour.

This wedding is the perfect example of what can happen when you take a blank canvas and let your imagination run wild.

Deep reds, vibrant pinks, striped lampshades, dramatic draping and considered details transformed the marquee into something bold, theatrical and completely unexpected.

The result? A reception that felt like stepping into another world with cabaret performances throughout dinner, adding to the atmosphere and keeping guests entertained long into the evening.

We love seeing our marquees become so much more than a space for a wedding breakfast. They can become whatever you want them to be.

So, if youโ€™re planning your own marquee wedding, take this as your reminder that you donโ€™t have to follow the mould. Your marquee can be romantic, colourful, dramatic, theatrical or completely and wonderfully you.
