Last night 40 guests joined us for a private summer soirée at the magnificent Petergate House. Dating back to the 1700s, it boasts beautiful a garden with fine views of York Minster. An oasis in the city!

Guests enjoyed drinks, nibbled and some excellent music.

Our managing director who is a York Minster Fund trustee, supported the planning of a spectacular dinner held INSIDE York Minster, which raised funds to preserve the fabric of this extremely fine, world class cathedral.

230 guest enjoyed a champagne and beer reception, followed by a beautiful beef joint carved by a guest on each table 👩‍🍳

What a wonderful and truly unique evening!

A few ‘before’ shots from the Sheriff’s Banquet, held on St George’s Day each year.

This year’s guests included High Sheriff Sir Andrew Lawson-Tancred of Aldbrough Hall, a Royal Herald and a BBC broadcaster!

Guests enjoyed delicious drinks, a string quartet and a beautiful 3 course dinner.

We have had so much interest that tickets are on sale now for 2025, for those that attended last year. On the 31st January they will move to general sale.

Hard to believe that it has been 2 weeks since our Great York Garden Party.

It was a wonderful afternoon with 120 guests joining us for fizz, strawberries and some amazing entertainment in the most beautiful setting! The only thing missing was the sun!

As the summer season ends, we are so excited to be looking ahead to New Year’s Eve, with over 80 guests already confirmed for our grand ball, travelling to York from across the UK and around the world! We hope you can join us for a night like no other.

We cannot wait to welcome over 100 guests to our Great York Garden Party next week.

We have some amazing food to enjoy. You can now pre-order a grazing box from our website to enjoy on the lawn!

Alternatively, or why not have both, they will be serving up delicious stone baked pizza with some fancy toppings and sides, all made to order.
