York Record Fair SUNDAY, 1st November 2026 - at York Racecourse. Over 70 top record sellers on two floors in The Knavesmire Stand event space. Admission £3. Free for under 16s.

There'll be over 200 tables of collectable vinyl records of all genres. Free parking.

This poster looks a bit like last Saturday but the next York Record Fair - indoors at the racecourse in 2026 will be on Sunday 1st November, not on Saturdays like previous events. There will be an extra 50 tables of great records to explore on the first floor mezzanine. With over 200 tables it will arguably be the UK's biggest record fair in 2026 - there are a few other contenders who might have something to say about that though 🙂

Travel information - bus replacement services are operating between Leeds and York this Saturday due to engineering works. The buses are running every 20 mins from Wellington Street, a short walk from the train station. The journey takes an hour. I imagine that the bus goes down Tadcaster Road past the racecourse. Although it's a direct journey, if you are on a replacement bus you could explain to the driver that you are going to an event at the racecourse and they might stop the bus near Knavesmire Road.
