Rosebud
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounce vodka
3/4 ounce Cointreau
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash rosewater
2-3 slices cucumber
5-7 fresh mint leave.
pinch sea salt
Dried rosebud, for garnish
Directions:

Muddle the cucumber, mint, and simple syrup in a shaker (or skip muddling for a blush-colored cocktail). Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain. Garnish with a floating dried rosebud.

Spicy Mango Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
3oz. Ginger Beer
1.5 oz. Vodka (Habanero or Jalapeno Infused OPTIONAL)
1 oz. Mango Puree
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
1 1/4 inch Jalapeño Round
Directions:

Make mango puree. Peel mango and add flesh to a blender or food processor, reserving a few spears for garnish. Add the juice of ½ a lime and enough water to process the fruit and turn it into a pourable puree. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, up to 3 days.
In a large shaker add 1 jalapeño round (de-seeded if desired). Press down with the back of a wooden spoon or a muddler to crush, releasing the oils.
1 ¼ inch jalapeño round
Add mango puree, vodka and lime juice. Fill shaker with ice and shake to combine.
1.5 ounces vodka, 1 ounce mango purée, .5 ounce lime juice
Strain mixture over ice in a copper mug or tall glass. There’s no need to strain over ice if omitting the jalapeño, simply pour it all in a mug instead.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mango spear if you’d like.

Oaxacan on Broken Glass
Ingredients:
2oz. Mezcal
1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Habanero Bitters
Garnish w/Torched Spring of Rosemary
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, give it a quick shake, then pour the contents into the glass. Garnish.

Blackberry Old Fashioned
Ingredients
2oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Blackberry Liquor
2 dashes Bitters
Blackberry for garnish (optional)
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until well chilled
2. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a skewered blackberry (optional).
