Honey Rose Margarita
Ingredients
1 oz. Orange Liqueur
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25 oz. Honey Syrup
2 dashes of Rose Water
Directions
1. Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until frosty, and strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice and garnish with rose petals

Spicy Mezcal Margarita
Ingredients
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño pepper
2 tablespoons amber agave syrup
¼ cup mezcal
¼ cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons triple sec
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Lime wedges & jalapeño slices for garnish

Directions
1. Place jalapeño and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle with a wooden spoon handle or a muddling tool, pressing on the jalapeño to release its flavor. Add mezcal, lime juice, triple sec and salt. Half-fill the shaker with ice; cover and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain the mixture evenly into 2 ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and jalapeño slices, if desired.

Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Garnish with 1 Orange Twist
Gather the ingredients… Frill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime juice; seal lid on shaker and shake until chilled and frost forms ob the shaker, about 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled glass, ENJOY!!!

New York Sour
Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fruity Red Wine (Zinfandel or Gamay)
Garnish with 1 strip of lemon zest
Gather the ingredients… Frill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup; seal lid on shaker and shake until chilled and frost forms ob the shaker, about 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled glass, ENJOY!!!

Drunk Leprechaun
Ingredients:
1 3/4 oz. Vodka
3 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Blue Curacao
Slice of orange for garnish (maraschino cherry optional)
Fill Shaker with ice… Add the ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously… Strain into an ice filled glass, ENJOY!!!

Negroni
Ingredients:
1oz. London dry gin
1oz. Campari
10z. Sweet vermouth
organe peel for garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill the glass ¾ with ice.
Stir with a long-handled bar spoon until thoroughly chilled, about 30 rotations.
Strain the liquid into a rocks glass filled with ice (or one large cube).
Remove a strip of peel from an orange and express the oils over the surface of the drink.
Garnish the drink with the peel, or discard it.
