This was my piece for the international Humanimals collaboration hosted by the amazing .by.my.sugar.moments. My Aviator duck is sculpted from Creativa by Margherita Ferrara available through The Cake Decorating Company His eyes are made from isomalt and along with his flying ensemble he is equipped with isomalt goggles to. He even has his own little logo that I designed.

It was such an honour to create this cake for Bella, one of my lovely regular customers, to mark the grand opening of The Sinful Spine – Newcastle's first romance-only bookshop.
I created a red velvet cake filled with luscious cream cheese filling, decorated to resemble a gothic stone plinth. The design featured Bella's logo, an open book on top, and was surrounded by deep red roses to perfectly capture the dark romantic aesthetic of her amazing new shop.
Congratulations, Bella! Wishing you every success in this exciting new chapter. ❤️

With the release of the new Spider-Man movie thought it would be fitting to have a throw back to this Spiderman cake I made a while ago.
Everything is edible and the cake includes the birthday boys name as the street sign, small led street lights as well as a number 5 gargoyle.

Replica of the Titanic (before it sank) in cake form. All edible and the ship is made using Squires Kitchen sugar flower paste. Even including a few sugar icebergs.
