THE FIRST REAL CHALLENGE WAS CATERING FOR 26 GUESTS IN THE FRENCH ALPS, WITH LITTLE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIE

NCE IN THE KITCHEN. I WENT ONTO COMPLETING TWO SKI SEASONS WITH MY CLIENTS SUGGESTING I SHOULD CONTINUE MY CAREER AS A CHEF. I DECIDED IN 2019 TO LAUNCH A DISTINCTIVE FINE DINING CATERING & MOBILE BAR SERVICE, TAILORING TO THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS.
