Unite Club - Family Connection Section
There was a point where I realised something important.
Families weren’t struggling because they weren’t trying hard enough. And professionals weren’t struggling because they didn’t care enough.
They were struggling because the information they had been given about neurodivergence simply didn’t reflect real lived experience.
- Parents were exhausted
- Teachers were overwhelmed
- Neurodivergent children were being misunderstood, again and again
I started The Nurture Programme conferences because I wanted to create a space where the conversation felt different.
A space where neurodivergent voices lead the learning. Where lived experience sits alongside professional insight. Where we can move away from behaviour control and towards safety, connection and understanding.
Over the years those conferences have become something really special - a place where people realise they’re not alone, and where things finally begin to make sense.
That’s why I've now created The Nurture Programme Conference Journey, a collection of all 5 years of conference recordings, for you to own, forever 🩷
So the learning, the conversations and the insight from the past five years can continue to support families, carers and professionals whenever they need it.
