Phewf! What a day it was on Saturday!

We have been completely overwhelmed with the support and love for the festival on the weekend.

We need to take a moment to extend our thanks to:

🩵All the craft and food vendors for their magical wares and delicious food.

🩵All the sports clubs and charities for showing us what wonderful things you do through your brilliant activities.

🩵All the activity providers for their expert tutorage and providing all the fun!

🩵All the musicians for their incredible sets throughout the day.

🩵Every single sponsor and community grant that provided us with the capital to put the event on and make it what it was

🩵Stocksfield Cricket Club for putting up with us!

🩵To the team of wonderful volunteers who gave up their time on Friday, throughout Saturday and Sunday for the clear up. We quite literally couldn’t have done it without you.

🩵Lastly, thanks to everyone that came along on the day and made it the festival that we had planned. The smiles, fun and laughter were all we were aiming for, and it was there in bucket loads!

See you again in 2027!

We are ready for tomorrow!!

Couple of things to remember!

🩵Tickets can be bought on the gate for CASH ONLY or on eventbrite ( have a search of our page for the link)

🩵Car parking is in a farmers field ( don’t bring your dropped suspension super car!!)

🩵No dogs.

🩵We open at 11 am - make your first stop the children’s disco in the music tent - and close at 4pm

🩵Cash for the stalls might be a good idea

🩵Make sure you stay for lunch and sample some of the amazing street food.

If you see some of our wonderful volunteers in a yellow top - give um a high five. This couldn’t have happened without them!!

Online tickets are flying out the door! We are so excited about the festival on Saturday. It is all coming together. 11 - 4 Stocksfield Cricket Ground. Saturday 23rd August.

I am getting lots of questions about the day so here are the answers to some FAQ!!

Can you buy tickets on the day?

Yes! Tickets are available on the gate but this will be CASH only. Online tickets will be available through eventbrite also.

Can I bring my dog?

As we are hosting on a sports ground, no dogs are allowed at all sorry!!

Where do I park?

We have kindly been lent a farmers field on Merryshields for our main parking and this is free of charge. There is NO parking available in either the cricket club car parks or on the road for festival attendees. This car park will be blocked off. We do have disabled parking - please show a festival volunteer your blue badge and you will be directed to the disabled parking.

When does it start?

Gates open at 11am and we are kicking off the day with a children’s disco in the music tent! ( adults are also allowed a dance should the mood take them!)

What food is available?

What isn’t! Burgers, Greek food, pizza, baked potatoes, ice cream, waffles, cakes, milkshakes, freshly roasted coffee… the list goes on and on!

What can we bring?

Why not make a day of it? Bring a picnic blanket or chairs and find yourself a comfy spot to enjoy all that is on offer! We have lots of stalls and craft vendors, as well as local groups, charities and sports offering activities. Cash for these stalls would be a good idea!

What is included in the ticket price?

Show your wristband and you will have access to climbing walls, trampolines, petting zoos, magicians, bouncy castle, falconry displays, vikings ( yup - that says Viking’s) and so much more.

There is so much happening this weekend at the festival and just stacks of activities for families - kicking off with the children’s disco at 11.00am in the music tent!

Many of the activities that we have are included in the ticket price and this wouldn’t have been possible without our wonderful sponsors and funding.

Thanks to the National Lottery Community funding we've got Nature's Edge Petting Zoo and The Sensory Shuttle who will be providing a safe sensory room for any child that might need it.

Thanks to players for making our project possible and Stocksfield Parish Council for helping to bring the community together.

We are in need of some willing volunteers to help us with the festival this year - from car park duties to front gate ticket sales - if you could give us a couple of hours of your time to come and help that free family ticket is yours!!
