Some weddings happen exactly as planned. Others take a little longer.

Back in 2020, we photographed their pre-wedding session, excitedly counting down to their wedding day on 23 May. Then the world changed. Plans were put on hold, celebrations were postponed, and life took an unexpected turn.

Fast forward six years.

On the very same date, 23 May, they finally stood together at the altar and said “I do”. But this time, they weren’t just a couple in love—they were also proud parents of two beautiful children.

What once felt like a delayed wedding became something even more special. A celebration not only of their love story, but of the family they built along the way.

Some dreams take longer to come true, but they can become even more beautiful with time.

Family, tradition, music, dancing and so much love — this wedding at Novella on the Park was an absolute joy to capture.
