Walking the Kangaroo Valley property, we found nine wild plants already growing there.

Not planted for effect. Not styled for a shoot. Just there, in the ground, doing what wild systems do.

Some edible. Some invasive. Some native. Some useful because they ask better questions than they answer.

That has become the starting point for the Wild Systems Immersion: a curated botanical walk through place, ecology, flavour, and regenerative hospitality.

This is the quieter side of Trolley’d. Still hospitality. Still theatre. Just closer to the soil.

Nine years at Pitch Music & Arts, and we are still finding new ways to make the artist bar feel like its own little departure lounge.

This year we served the Pitch Spritz: Illawarra plum, riberry and lemon myrtle, poured by our First Class crew and carried through the festival with the Trolley’d cocktail backpack.

There were plenty of good moments, but the closing set with Job Jobse was hard to beat.

Pitch has always been special for us. It is where the weird ideas get tested, the crew earns their wings, and the bar becomes more than a bar.

It becomes part of the story.

Not your standard VIP spritz.

These were poured at Maneland VIP using riberries and Illawarra plums foraged by us around the streets of Sydney, fermented in house into a summer wine, then lifted with our sparkling lemon myrtle tisane.

Foraged by us. Made by us. Composted by us.

Served from the trolley in compostable cups and built to taste like an Australian summer with better styling.
