For all booking inquiries, email [email protected] Roboto Project is a cooperatively and volunteer-run show space and art gallery located in Pittsburgh, PA. Our aim is to create a comfortable and open safe space for people to experience a true DIY (do-it-yourself) community.

Roboto identifies as a "safer space," meaning racism, sexism,

homophobia, transphobia, or any other types of oppressive language are considered inappropriate and are not tolerated. Roboto is meant to be a safe, respectful, welcoming space for everyone. Roboto made its history at 722 Wood St for 10 years. We have a new home at 5106 Penn Ave (previously Pap's Bar) as of Fall 2011. The day-to-day operations of Roboto are handled by a Board of Directors who are voted in by the general Roboto membership. Board members are voted in for six-month to one-year terms. Contact:

HEY! WE NEED YOUR HELP! Roboto is currently recruiting three new board members and **YOU** could be one of them! In February, we will be electing a new Treasurer, a new Facilities Manager, and a new Volunteering Coordinator. Sign up at the link in our bio NOW to throw your hat in the ring!

Really quickly, as the outgoing Volunteering Coordinator, I have to say: serving on the Board has been one of the greatest honors and deepest joys of my life. Our benefit compilation is out NOW! Check it out on our Bandcamp, tons of local bands who played at Roboto in 2024 recorded live in the venue by ! Also featuring some clips from oral histories about Roboto from founding members of the space. Physical cassettes will be available at Roboto at the start of the new year. Last year, in collaboration with we set out to record a new benefit compilation to fundraise for the roboto. we are very proud to announce it will be released on our bandcamp DECEMBER 21ST!
