e Harvard Yale Princeton Club, The Pittsburgh Club (merged 1997), and The Allegheny Club (merged 2002). For over 85 years, the Club’s members who include leaders of business, finance, education, government, medicine, and the arts, have cherished the Club due to the personal attention and exceptional service they receive. Surrounded by elegant furnishings and works of art in an historic venue, members and their guests enjoy fine dining, social events, private conferences, evening lounge, and event facilities.

Hi There,

It's darn there the end of July and I wanted to send a little update as to what's on the docket at the club for August. Here's a look at some of the upcoming events. You can find info on these and all of our other events here: https://lnkd.in/eWxcuFKY

Our popular First Friday drinks & networking event is being held on Friday, August 7th. It's a nice event as it seems to help people unwind from their workweek, meet a few people, and enjoy a cocktail or two.

Arriba! The History Series returns to the club on Wednesday, August 19th. The topic that night is one of the most popular athletes in not only Pittsburgh history, but sports history, Roberto Clemente. His legacy as both a ballplayer and humanitarian is legendary. The Roberto Clemente Museum will be here at the club to give us more insight into the Great One's life and legacy. This one will most likely sell out, so get yourself a spot sooner than later.

Quiz. What do you know about Gene Kelly? You know him as a beloved actor and dancer, sure. Did you also know he grew up right here in Pittsburgh? Maybe you did, maybe you didn't. Either way, you should attend our Singin' (and Dancin' n'at) in the Rain: A Gene Kelly Birthday Soiree. We'll have LIVE music and plenty of decorations to transform the club into an electric scene right out of one of Hollywood's past, grand, musicals. This is taking place on Saturday, August 22nd. Member tickets start at just $15.

Looking farther down the line, we just booked another LIVE music act for Saturday, October 10th! Jessica Lee & Mark Strickland will be here to perform blues and standards from 430-630pm the afternoon of the 10th. Make plans to join us and then get yourself dinner somewhere downtown. Really, make an evening of it!
