Choosing a celebrant led ceremony truly makes it your own. Do you want a friend to do a toast mid ceremony, absolutely! Do you want your dogs to be ring bearers, let's do it! Do you want handfasting as part of your ceremony, of course. A celebrant allows your ceremony to tell the story of you both and your journey to today. As a celebrant I've been privileged to be part of different ceremonies, big and small. Each one is unique and truly captures the couple. I look forward to being that celebrant for you.

When talking with couples about their ceremony I love helping them choose their songs. It can be hard though, I mean how do you choose 4 or 5 songs that sum up your love and relationship. The songs you chose set the mood for you and your guests. From the mood setting song for your guests, to the grand entrance to the joyous exit. Each song sets the mood and feeling. We all love a good soundtrack after all. I would love to help you plan yours.

Choosing a celebrant is more than choosing someone to do the legal stuff. It's about choosing someone you both feel comfortable with as they'll be standing alongside you as you say "I do". The right personality fit for you, your ceremony and your day.
Someone who will make sure the right song is playing as you make your entrance ( instead of the party song 😊) and that the nervous flower girl feels comfortable. Someone who is flexible and can change plans at the last moment (wind,rain, time or even the script).
As 'Your' celebrant you'd be choosing someone who is all this and loves love, being a celebrant and loves to support you with all those ceremony details both big and small.
I treasure your love story and feel privileged to be chosen to stand beside you sharing your story with your family and friends.

I've been thinking about the name of this page and how it may confuse people about what I do. Am I a person or a concept?
Do I officiate weddings or offer flower crowns. Maybe I could add my surname so I would be ‘Gypsy Chant - Wedding Celebrant’ but that could be just as confusing.
So what to do? I know. Just own it.

On a windy but beautiful Saturday I was honoured to officiate the wedding of this lovely couple. A ceremony that perfectly reflected them and their love for each other and their girls.
