What a huge week and weekend it has been for the team at Wedding & Event Services New Zealand!

We kicked things off on Thursday with food preparation and venue setup for the Whanganui Collegiate School Gray House Dinner, which was held on Friday also having to setup at the Wanganui War Memorial Hall with a Full PA and Lighting System that day. Staright after the Collegiate House Dinner event wrapped up than the team turned the venue around for a spectacular Halloween-themed wedding on Saturday.

At the same time, our Production Team was busy providing audio and lighting for the Diwali Festival of Lights at the War Memorial Hall on Saturday evening, helping bring another fantastic community event to life.

To round out the weekend, we delivered a smaller café-style event today, capping off an incredibly busy few days.

A massive thank you to our amazing team for your dedication, flexibility, and hard work. The way you stretched yourselves across multiple events, venues, and styles of service is a true testament to your professionalism and commitment. We simply couldn't do what we do without each and every one of you.

The teams been busy over the past 2 weeks providing marquee services for two weddings. Last weekends marquee was out in rural Hunterville and this weeks Marquee is out in Rural Bulls. Plus had a small grazing box to make for the wedding party as well.

Its been a busy few weeks for the team from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand. Providing sound stage for the rock2000 party, venue and catering services for a memorial lunch a combined 21st wedding, a small intimate catering gig for a 50th and a birthday lunch. Dates are now filling up very quickly with only a handful of dates available.

It’s been a massive month for the crew at Wedding & Event Services New Zealand, and we’re loving every minute of it.

Just last week, our team completely transformed a dart hall into a stunning venue for a 21st celebration using our full draping package — turning a simple space into something truly unforgettable.

Also our team provided a pop up style cafe for 3 Darting Events throughout wanganui.

And this past weekend? We were firing on all cylinders, catering for over 900 guests across eight different events. A huge effort, a lot of fun, and some very happy clients.

We’re now heading into our busiest season of the year, and available dates are becoming limited. If you’ve got an important event, milestone, or celebration coming up, now’s the perfect time to lock it in.
