Over the Easter weekend our Performance Marquee 20x50m was used for the Hui Aranga Festival. It welcomed and housed people from all over New Zealand. Our team from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand alongside our contractors were privilaged to provide Marquee, Lighting, Staging and Equipment services.

I want to express our heartfelt appreciation to the marquee team from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand, Intense Group, X Site Groups, Daniel Van Nes Lighting, and Des from Whanganui Sound & Lighting for their tireless efforts during this event.

That sees the summer season out for us for marquees with our team doing some much needed repairs and maintance during the winter period ready to welcome in the Spring season clients.

It is with great pleasure that we can now handover our marquee from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand to St Peter Chanel, in readiness for the influx of students from surrounding areas.

The team from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand have had a busy week pulling down marquees during the week then catering for our Ratana Morehu Whanau celebrating their success winning the Te Matatini Regionals for their section. Then on the saturday day catered and provided venue for a milestone 100th Birthday Celebrations then on the Saturday night catered a private intimate dinner for 25 people.

Our team will be focused on a 2 week event starting this coming Friday welcoming 1600 guests everyday.

Over the weekend and the past week our team have been all over the central North Island. From installing our big 10mx35m in Hunterville to Central Districts Field Days prep catering and room design for a 21st over the weekend also providing catering services for Bowls Wanganui Inc Central Womens Masters Bowling tournament on monday and tuesday. Awesome work from the team.

Now we are gearing up for a 20mx50m going up next week for a cultral event. So our team will be busy focusing on that for 2 weeks.

Over the weekend at our venue, Laird Park Bowling Club we played host to the Taranaki Citroen Car Club 2026 Rally gathering. The event was expertly supported by the team from Wedding and Wedding & Event Services New Zealand , who handled both the venue setup and delicious catering, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Attendees enjoyed a weekend filled with fun, laughter, and plenty of reminiscing about the cherished days of Citroen ownership. It was wonderful to see the classic cars proudly parked on display throughout both days, attracting admiring glances from visitors and sparking conversations among enthusiasts. The event brought together a community of car lovers, creating lasting memories and celebrating the unique heritage of Citroen vehicles.

Over the weekend, our team from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand had the pleasure of being a part of two special Valentine's wedding celebrations. For the first wedding, we provided the venue, room design, catering, and comprehensive wedding planning services. It was a joy to see everything come together beautifully and to witness the happiness of the couple on their special day.

For our second client, we set up our stunning 10x25 clear-walled marquee on the outskirts of rural Wanganui. The picturesque setting complemented the elegance of the marquee, creating a magical atmosphere for the wedding.

Congratulations to both couples! We wish you a lifetime filled with happiness, love, and wonderful memories.

The team from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand had an exceptionally busy weekend, successfully managing three significant events over the long weekend. The flurry of activities began on Wednesday with the installation of our impressive 10x15m marquee for a client. The momentum continued on Friday as we catered for a beautiful wedding in the charming town of Friendly Fielding. Saturday was no less eventful, with our team providing a comprehensive package of catering, venue, and design services for a memorable 21st birthday celebration. To cap off the weekend, we set up another marquee for a client's wedding on Saturday night. It was indeed a hectic but rewarding few days for the crew. Kudos to all the teams for their dedication and hard work in making these events a resounding success!

We had the privilege of being a part of an extraordinary event today. The team from Wedding & Event Services New Zealand played a significant role in the inaugural opening of Whare Kura Morehu o Ratana, the new secondary school Whare Hei Tuarua. Our dedicated team provided marquee, equipment, audio and catering services, ensuring that every detail contributed to the success of this momentous occasion. Kudos to the team for their exceptional effort and hard work throughout this weekend. We are proud to have been involved in such a memorable event.

What an incredible week it has been for our team from the Wedding and Wedding & Event Services New Zealand. We had the honor of providing corporate marquee services for the prestigious 25th annual Ratana celebrations. Our marquees, measuring 10x40, 10x20, and 6x6, stood proudly on the marae, offering shelter and comfort to our esteemed Maori Chiefs, Maori Queen Ngawai Hono i te Po, Parliamentary Dignitaries and the Ratana Morehu throughout the week. The dedication and hard work from our team in managing the challenging conditions have been truly commendable. A big thank you to Rātana Komiti Marae for allowing us to provide these services.

After a couple of well-deserved days of rest, we will be back in action on Friday, ready to accommodate 200 guests for Te Whare Kura o Ratana. Without missing a beat, we will then transition seamlessly to serving our wedding clients. The team's unwavering commitment and exemplary efforts have once again proven our ability to deliver exceptional service, no matter the challenge.
