Tūpare Throwback Thursday!

Here’s a shot of Tūpare under construction in 1932. At the front of the building, you can see a section of unfinished reinforced concrete wall, a plaster finish was later applied to these walls. The roof is already covered in cedar tiles imported from Canada.

Winter may be here but autumn is still in full action! The ginkgo tree is just starting to lose its leaves and creating that beautiful yellow carpet around its trunk. 🍂

Last month, one of our own said “I do” at the stunning Tūpare 💚

A huge congratulations to Mr and Mrs Nairn, who tied the knot surrounded by friends, whānau and the beauty of our regional garden.

If you're dreaming of your own special day or planning a celebration or function, we’d love to help. Between Tūpare and our friends at Hollard Gardens and Pukeiti, there’s a venue to suit every style.
