Taranaki Regional Council now own and manage the property and it is open for the public to enjoy all day every day. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Love a sunny Sunday in the garden! ☀️

It was great to see so many keen gardeners at Tūpare for our hands-on propagation workshop yesterday, we hope you went home with some great tips! 💚

Tūpare Throwback Thursday!

Here’s a shot of Tūpare under construction in 1932. At the front of the building, you can see a section of unfinished reinforced concrete wall, a plaster finish was later applied to these walls. The roof is already covered in cedar tiles imported from Canada.
