KG Party Rentals is looking for a Tent Crew Supervisor! For those that are interested please send your resume to our email at [email protected]!

As part of the Tent Crew Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery and ensure that all rental items are delivered, installed and dismantled for our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our reputation for top-notch service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Driving the rental truck and trailer to the delivery locations
• Communicating with customers to ensure items are installed / delivered to the proper locations
• Training team members to uphold the KG/ Simply Smoked Standards and to ensure safe and proper installation.
• Oversee the team to set up and dismantle tents at various events
• Ensure all tents/inflatables are properly secured and meet safety standards
• Coordinate with the loading and unloading of tents, inflatables and other rental equipment
• Conduct inspections of tents/inflatables and equipment before and after each event
• Maintain and clean rental equipment to ensure a professional appearance
• Assist with general warehouse duties and inventory management when needed
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues
• Always adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by management

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lbs or more) on a regular basis
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Management/ Training experience 1-2 years.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and 18 years old or older
• Experience driving & backing up a truck and trailer

💥 Big news for KG Party Rentals! 💥

KG Party is now owned and operated by Brady and Becca Nigh, also owners of Simply Smoked catering!

We are very excited for this opportunity and are happy to announce that we are keeping the name KG Party Rentals as a tribute to Hunter Kyser from all the work he did starting and running this business with Aj.

We are also extremely thankful to Aj for this opportunity and his help with the transition process, along with this dad, Andy.
