One of the things we’re making for this Wednesday’s (11/30) vegan popup dinner is one of my favorite things in the world to make - Thai Red Curry! You can still pick up tickets in person or over the phone at the Viroqua Cafe today (Sunday) or tomorrow (Monday) 7-3! 4-courses for $35; 5pm or 7:30 seatings or 6pm takeout. 20% dinner sales go to !

Back in the saddle again - after a few months of recreating, relaxing, & rejuvenating I get to cater the wedding of a couple of our favorite Spoon customers this weekend with lots of my favorite co-workers! These rhubarb red onion pickles (for the salad) & ramp pickles (for the green pea canapés) turned out too beautiful not to snap a pic. Looking forward to a beautiful weekend…
