Last night, our team had the privilege of volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, preparing and serving dinner for the families staying there.

Coming together in the kitchen reminded us that nurturing excellence together isn’t just what we strive for at work, it’s who we are as a team. Each person brought their heart, hands, and skills to the table, and together we created not just a meal, but a moment of comfort and care for families facing difficult times. 💛

One of our core values is compassion, and this experience was a powerful reminder of the impact compassion can have - offering not only nourishment, but also warmth and support to those who need it most.

A heartfelt thank you to Ronald McDonald House for the opportunity to serve, and to our amazing team for living our values and making a difference together.

At Tanque Verde Ranch/Cote Hospitality, our mission is to enrich lives — not only for our guests, but within the communities we serve.

Last Friday, several of our team members had the privilege of volunteering at Gospel Rescue Mission, whose inspiring motto is “Homeless to Wholeness.” This powerful vision is evident in every detail of their work — from the compassion in their programs to the way guests are treated with dignity, served as if they were dining in a fine restaurant.

Our team joined in meal preparation and dinner service, refilling drinks, bussing and cleaning tables, and ensuring each guest felt valued and cared for. It was a rewarding and humbling reminder that hospitality extends far beyond our properties — it’s about creating moments of comfort, warmth, and belonging wherever we are.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with such an incredible organization and look forward to the next time we can serve together.
