A beachfront gathering where guests could shop, sip, and settle in deserved a design that felt just as intentional.⁠

We loved partnering with ⁠ to bring Kate and Connor's Naples Beach Club to life, making sure every piece worked together to create an experience that felt cohesive and personal.⁠
⁠
Our Magnolia Bar, customized in tangerine orange, established the event's vibrant color palette. Guests gathered at tables surrounded by Ava Bentwood Dining Chairs or relaxed under our Monaco Yellow Umbrellas with views of the Gulf.⁠

For the couple's "Beach Club" merch bar, customized Sable Display Shelves carried the same tangerine finish, giving the experience a cohesive feel while showcasing gifts guests loved and couldn't wait to use.⁠

This tropical print on our Vella Full Bar and Benjamin Stage Fronts was the detail and the couple had been most excited about since the start of planning. And we can see why!⁠

The pattern inspired the entire color story. We pulled the soft peach directly from the print for the paint color and helped tie the bar and stage fronts seamlessly into the rest of the design.⁠
⁠
By incorporating custom vinyl slides on both pieces, the full vision came to life, creating the tropical, romantic atmosphere the couple had imagined for their celebration.⁠
⁠

For this wedding, wanted the bride's love of orange woven through every detail, from the paper goods to the fresh fruit tucked into the floral arrangements. ⁠
⁠
We finished our 8' Magnolia Bar in a custom paint color pulled straight from her Pinterest inspiration, so the piece could anchor the whole design rather than just sit in the room.⁠
⁠
From there, it was about balance. The Lennon Dining Chairs and Ava Bentwood ceremony seating brought in warm neutrals and organic texture, the kind of grounding that makes bold color land.⁠

Something not a lot of people talk about: We close weekends when we’re at capacity- whether that’s staffing, production, or just sanity. ⁠
⁠
This week a rental company called asking to sub-rent our custom walls for a client we’d turned down for one of those closed weekends... and we told them no.⁠
⁠
Here’s why: Vivant exists in this space between a full production company and general rental company. There’s a massive difference between sub-renting chairs and sub-renting a 12-foot custom wall system. It’s not something we can hand off to someone who doesn’t know how it works. ⁠
⁠
Sometimes we have to make the tough decisions that disappoint a potential client to protect the integrity of our work, and we were reminded of that this week. ⁠

We have a lot of collaboration with our event partners, and thanks to that, we like to think about how our pieces are actually going to function in the real world. Things like wind tunnels, lakeside venues, and weather patterns are just a few of the things we’re usually asking about.⁠
⁠
This week Steph had a conversation with Alexis from A Day in May Events about a July event, and they ended up chatting about wind, sandbags, and linens- and developing a plan to prevent anything crazy from happening.
⁠
Conversations like these happen before site setup, because we want to be as prepared as possible to ensure a smooth event.
⁠

This past week, production discovered that math doesn’t always math... especially when it comes to lattice... and more specifically, off-the-rack lattice, which we affectionately call “Shattice” around here. One small catch, one update of es**rt card sizing, and one reconfigured CAD, and thankfully a potential on-site disaster waas avoided.⁠

For a celebration this rich in culture and color, we wanted the guest experience to reflect that energy. ⁠

The couple wanted everyone to feel like they were part of the action, so we designed a lounge space that kept guests close to the dance floor. Our Cindy Chair, Carlton Couch, and Marcy Coffee Table gave everyone a front-row view of the band and dancing.⁠

To bring even more of the couple's style and personality into the space, we customized the Ana Oval Bar with their monogram and a bold green pattern designed to complement the surrounding palm trees at . Our Shain White Display Shelves held welcome bags at the rehearsal dinner the night before.⁠

For this event, we created inviting lounge spaces that encouraged guests to relax, connect, and take in the waterfront setting. Combining pieces like our Cressida Couch, Sura Chair, and the Maeve Coffee Table helped define comfortable gathering areas, while our white Parker Barstools provided a perfect perch for guests enjoying cocktails and bites on the open-air terrace.⁠
