Between the Racks: Episode 1, Chapter 3
Everyone in the industry recognizes the pre-work that goes into events. But as we’ve moved deeper into custom builds and larger-scale production, we’re reminded just how much time things actually take... case in point, we’re already planning for November events and working into spring 2027.
There’s so much back and forth with custom builds: ideation with clients, internal conversations with production and logistics, then back to the planner, then to their client. What feels like a one-day turnaround for a response becomes three or four days (we all know that pain, right?). We’re constantly juggling conversations, coordinating schedules, and trying to be responsive while our team is actively building and fabricating.
It’s not just sitting at a desk and seeing if things are available. This is a glimpse into the invisible work behind every event- the conversations, the planning, the coordination- that ensures flawless ex*****on.
