It's such an honor to be included in the creation of memories that become chapters of your life story! We are mo

re than just your clipboard in hand, event maestros. We are designers, and our medium is events. You take the time to choose a special outfit and accessories the represent your personality, for a night out on the town. Why should your wedding or special event be any different? We believe that you deserve your day and an event that celebrates your personality and, in the case of weddings, your love story and relationship. We strive for each guest to walk away from your event talking about the details that truly represent you, a UNIQUE individual with a UNIQUE story.

Everybody thinks the wedding day starts when the doors open...Wrong.

It starts here. At rehearsal. When people stop imagining the timeline and actually have to walk it. When nerves kick in, family dynamics show up, questions start flying, and everybody suddenly realize this thing is REAL. This is also where you find out if the planning actually works.

A smooth wedding day doesn’t magically happen because the flowers are pretty. It happens because someone already thought through the pacing, transitions, entrances, spacing, timing, traffic flow, cues, and the 400 tiny things nobody else notices. Rehearsal night is where the foundation gets built. And yes…I’m absolutely watching everything.

Planning Tampa weddings for couples who want personality over predictability. DM me for 2026 & 2027 weddings.

You see floor-to-ceiling windows. I see lighting, timing, and whether your guests can actually see your ceremony.

Natural light is beautiful - until it’s not. This is why layout and timing matter just as much as design.

DM me to talk through your Tampa wedding.

Most people only see the finished room.

They don’t see this part. This is where layout gets adjusted, timelines get tightened, and every moving piece has to come together in real time.
Because if this part isn’t handled correctly…you feel it. Even if you don’t know exactly why.

That’s the difference between a wedding that looks good and one that actually works.

Planning a Tampa wedding and want someone who knows how to make both happen? DM me.

A few people saw that I had recently done a site visit at the Rialto and started asking what’s changed since the new ownership took over.

So here’s a look at one of the updated spaces - the tea room. It’s a completely different feel from the main reception area, and honestly, such a fun addition. You can use it for smaller events like a brunch, bridal luncheon, or private gathering…or even incorporate it into a wedding setup, as a secondary space.

If you’re touring venues in Tampa and want help figuring out what actually fits your vision, I’m happy to help guide that process. DM me.

If you saw my last reel on welcome bags…this is the part couples miss. It’s not just what you include. It’s whether your guests will actually use it.

Because here’s what happens:
If it’s not useful that weekend - it gets left behind.
If it feels like filler - it gets ignored.
If it doesn’t serve a purpose - it doesn’t add value.

And suddenly something that was supposed to feel thoughtful…just feels like more stuff. The goal isn’t to make it look good. The goal is to make it make sense. That’s the difference between details that people notice…and details that actually matter.

Planning a Tampa wedding and want guidance that goes beyond “what looks cute”? DM me.

“Can you make it feel a little more special?” - Bride

This was an intimate rehearsal dinner - not a full redesign, not a full transformation for 100+ guests. And the answer wasn’t adding a ton. It was about making smart, impactful decisions. Pulling from what was already in the space, and working with the existing tones and materials. And just adding small touches that actually make a difference.

Because “special” isn’t about how much you add. It’s about how everything comes together.

Planning a Tampa wedding weekend and want every part of it to feel just as considered? DM me.

Most people see this and think it just “came together.” It didn’t.

This started as an idea - then turned into a design, and then into a full build. Before anything was installed, we:

- Concepted the piece from scratch
- Designed how it would look and function
- Coordinated multiple vendors to bring each part of it to life - in this case, it took several specialists to execute it properly
- And planned exactly how it would be installed on wedding day

Because details like this don’t happen by accident. They take direction. They take coordination. And they take someone making sure it all actually works together. That’s the difference between a fun idea and a fully executed experience.

Planning a Tampa wedding and want custom elements that are actually designed and executed properly? DM me.

Most weddings aren’t actually designed.

They’re just a collection of things people liked. A linen here. A centerpiece there. A color they saw online. And none of it really connects. Real design looks different.

- It’s choosing a direction and sticking to it
- It’s balancing pattern, texture, and color so nothing competes
- It’s thinking about how the space feels, not just how it photographs

That’s why some weddings feel elevated and others just…don’t. This is the level I’m designing at for my clients.

Planning a Tampa wedding and want something that actually feels cohesive? DM me.

Everyone focuses on the song. Meanwhile, I’m watching:

Where your guests are standing - because I’m actively guiding positioning so you have space to move and the room feels full without crowding you

Whether your photographer can actually see you - because we’ve already coordinated lighting ahead of time, and I’m making sure nothing disrupts the setup we planned

How the moment is landing - because I’ve already confirmed timing with the DJ, and I’m paying attention to the room so the transition out of it feels natural, not awkward

This is the part couples don’t plan for. A timeline doesn’t manage this. A planner does. Pre-planning with your vendor team. Confirming details before the moment starts. And then actively managing it in real time. That’s how a planner actually protects your experience - not just the schedule.

Planning a Tampa wedding? DM me. I’ll make sure it actually works the way it should.

Planning wedding welcome bags? Here are the items I typically recommend including.

My go-to welcome bag formula usually includes:

• bottled water - still and sparkling
• something salty and something sweet, often seasonal or local
• a quick snack for late arrivals
• Advil and Liquid IV as a hangover remedy
• tissues and hand sanitizer
• breath mints or gum
• a printed weekend itinerary so guests know what’s happening and when
• local tourism guides or visitor books so guests can explore the area
The goal is simple - practical, helpful, and a little bit local so guests feel taken care of the moment they arrive for the wedding weekend
