WUSTL Social Programming Board SPB provides concerts (including WILD), comedy shows, happy hours, film screenings, and special events for the WashU undergrad community.

The Social Programming Board (SPB) is an Executive Entity of the Student Union at Washington University in Saint Louis, charged with providing entertaining and educational activities in the form of concerts, comedians, and special events. These programs will work to fulfill the programming aspect of Student Union’s purpose and help create a more vibrant campus community. As the Stu

dent Union’s principal student programming body, the SPB’s programming will emphasize its mission of service to the campus community and to the undergraduate students in particular. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the SPB will be responsive to the diverse interests and programming needs of the campus community.

Are you bored on a Saturday? Want to go somewhere fun for a few hours? Grab a few friends and join us on the SPB's second Mystery Bus Tour!! This time around you want to be ready to move, hop, jump, and maybe even crawl! Wear some clothes you can move in and shoes you can run in because this will feel like a workout. THREE DAYS UNTIL SIGN UP OPENS!! Just a sneak peak at the rug you have the chance to make at SPB’s Tufted & Talented: Rug Making Event on Sun. Feb. 16th. Set your alarms because there are limited spots and first come first serve!

Straight from their monthly show in Los Angeles, 6 WashU alums are back in STL to perform on campus! Come on out to a comedy show that features a staged reading of a brand new, original comedy pilot followed by an improvised episode of the same series - bringing writing and improv together on stage.
 
For the show, the cast needs a script. That’s where you come in! If you have written an original, half-hour comedy pilot and want to see your script come to life onstage, please send it to [email protected].

Presenting the Mystery Bear Bus 🤩🐻🤩
Hop into a bus and be taken to a surprise location, guaranteeing you a fun time!!! Throughout the year, students can have a chance to sit back and not worry about the tedious work of making plans. The Mystery Bear Bus will cover all the necessary expenses for a worthwhile event, and you just need to bring spending money for food and souvenirs!
Our first tour will be on Sunday, November 10! Only 25 spots are available, open to all WashU students on a first come first serve basis. However, we will be opening a waitlist. The bus will leave around 12:30 pm and return to campus by 4pm. It will be an illusive experience 🤭
Things to know:
- Dress comfortably and picture ready (you might wanna have your own photoshoot)
- The event will be inside, but it might be cold, so be prepared for the Saint Louis weather
