POV: You book an Airbnb for the holidays and a private dinner comes with it…
and the rules are sea salt, olive oil, and butter only. No garlic. No onion. No pepper.
This was one of the most challenging dinners we’ve ever executed — and one of the most rewarding. Accommodation for multiple allergies, zero room for error, and a full holiday menu from scratch. It turned out beautifully, and we’re grateful to serve families who trust us with moments like this.

Real Client Review – Private Dinner with Mike
Mike flew in from Colorado and found us online because he has multiple food allergies and needed a catering company he could trust.
He had several dietary restrictions, including no garlic, no onion, and very simple seasoning needs — and we were happy to accommodate everything he required. We worked closely with him to make sure his menu was completely safe and still delicious.
We prepared a full prime rib dinner with mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and a selection of desserts. He also requested a few scratch-made desserts, including a classic American buttercream cake — all made allergy-friendly for his specific needs.
We are so thankful to see how much allergy-friendly catering is truly needed. Stories like Mike’s remind us why we do what we do. Providing safe, thoughtful meals for people who usually struggle to dine out is an honor, and we could not be more grateful for the trust our clients place in us.
