Hakan is pleased to be cooking delicious food from his home town of Hatay, Turkey. Hatay is a southern Turkish province on the Mediterranean coast, bordered by Syria to the south and the east. Hakan worked on cruise ships for 6 years then moved to Spokane, Washington in 2004. He managed restaurants and bars in several location of Spokane throughout the years. Hakan began cooking at The Feast Wor

ld Kitchen in the summer of 2022, this has allowed him to share his cooking and great flavors with the community. Catering events has allowed him to get one step closer to his dream of opening his own restaurant one day. Hakan is also a certified mixologist that can bartend your next event.
