A new seasonal empanada has arrived! 🥟

Meet our Shepherd’s Empanada, filled with braised lamb leg cooked with red wine, herbs, and dried chillies, German Butterball mashed potatoes from Elithorp Farm, and lacto-fermented Pueblo chillies from Dogwild Farm.

Rich, savory, and just the right amount of warming heat—all tucked into our scratchmade all butter dough.
