I’ve been seeing this quote floating around lately:

“We’re not planning a wedding. We’re planning a marriage and throwing a great party.”

Honestly, I think every engaged couple needs this reminder at some point during the planning process.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the timeline, the flowers, the seating chart, and all the little details. Those things absolutely matter, but they’re not the reason everyone is gathering.

The reason is the two people at the center of it all.

The best weddings aren’t just beautiful. They’re full of genuine moments, happy tears, big laughs, and the people who love you most celebrating this incredible new chapter.

The pretty details help tell your story, but your marriage is always the main event.

And getting to help bring that story to life? That’s one of my favorite parts of what I do 🤍
