I loved being part of this beautiful bride’s journey and helping her plan such a special day. Watching all of the details come together and seeing her finally get to enjoy the moment she had been planning for was so rewarding.

A venue manager and a wedding coordinator are not the same thing — and knowing the difference can save you a lot of stress on your wedding day.

Your venue manager is focused on the venue: the property, staff, access, policies, and anything directly related to the space.

Your wedding coordinator is focused on you and your wedding: the timeline, vendors, wedding party, ceremony flow, reception details, and all those little problems you should never have to deal with yourself.

I may have a calendar on my phone, reminders, notes…and probably three other places I’m supposed to be keeping track of things. 😂

But there’s still something about putting pen to paper that works for me.
