Under the stars and the moon. 🌙

Casey and Jeff's celestial wedding at The Stills at Hotel Crosby in Stillwater had moons and stars everywhere you looked, a ch*****ne tower in the courtyard and a reception made for celebrating with their people.

Our planning team managed the day, and our beauty team styled Casey's hair plus hair and makeup for their family, working in sync on one timeline.

10–12 weeks out: lock the budget, headcount, date and venue. December dates fill fast, so this is the step that can't wait.
8 weeks: book catering, entertainment and a photographer, and send a save-the-date.
6 weeks: shape the experience, from format and décor to dietary and accessibility needs.
4 weeks: send invitations with an RSVP deadline and the practical details.
2 weeks: final headcount, run of show and vendor confirmations.
The week of: one person owns the timeline, so the host gets to enjoy the party.

We're growing, and we're looking for a Wedding and Event Coordinator to join our team for the 2027 season ✨

Ascendance Productions is a wedding and event planning, coordination and design agency on Main Street in New Prague, with a dedicated bridal beauty team. Planning and beauty are two teams working in sync, on one timeline.

What you'll do
Meet with couples and event clients and help them find the support that fits.
Coordinate weddings and events alongside our planning team, from final details to the last send-off.
Work with vendors, venues and our beauty team to keep every timeline on track.

How you're paid
This is an employee position.
Commission on every client you book.
Project-based pay for each event you coordinate.

You might be a fit if
You have experience in weddings, events or hospitality.
You're comfortable talking with clients about what they need and guiding them to book.
You stay calm, organized and kind when the day moves fast.
You're available on weekends and evenings during event season.
You have reliable transportation and enjoy being onsite.

Where you'll work
Onsite at our New Prague studio, and onsite at weddings and events across Minnesota.

A throwback to December 2021, and the wedding behind our why. 🤍

This one is personal. Our founder, Jacqueline, counts Bailey among her best friends, and Bailey's wedding was one of the very first where Jacqueline took on both her makeup and the coordination of her day at The Broz in New Prague. It was such an honor and a blessing, and it helped shape how our team works today: a dedicated beauty team and a dedicated planning team, working in sync so the whole day runs as one.

Wedding sizes get talked about like a ladder, but none of them is the "small" option. Each one is a different kind of day:

· Elopement (2–10): the two of you and your vows
· Minimony (about 10–25): a mini ceremony and a dinner with your closest circle
· Micro (10–50): the full structure of a wedding day, on an intimate scale
· Small (50–100): room for family and friends, still small enough to talk to everyone
· Traditional (100+): the full celebration, with the most moving parts

Planning a wedding in Minnesota? Here's what working with Ascendance Productions looks like ✨

We're a wedding planning, coordination and design agency on Main Street in New Prague, with a dedicated bridal beauty team. Planning and beauty are two teams working in sync, on one timeline.

A few things our couples value most:

The right level of support. Four packages, from wedding-day coordination for couples who love to plan their own day to full planning and design led by our team.

A plan from the first meeting. Every package begins with a kickoff or onboarding meeting that delivers Timeline v1. That's the first-draft timeline every vendor works from.

Your own Lead Planner. We match you with a planner who keeps a consistent, published schedule, so you always know when to reach them.

A full team on the day. Up to 8 to 14 hours of wedding-day coverage depending on your package, with a lead and an assistant on Wedding Management and Full Service packages.

We take over the vendors. With Wedding Management, you plan with our guidance and our team takes over vendor coordination about 6 to 8 weeks out.

The small details, placed. With Wedding Management and both Full Service packages, we set out your personal décor: card box, es**rt cards, favors, candles, toasting flutes and more.

Ready for anything. Every package includes the Ascendance Emergency Day Kit.

Before the vows, before the first look, there are the details.

Britney and Matthew's morning at The Hutton House in Medicine Lake started with blush garden roses, his-and-hers vow books, and a ring box that simply read "We made it." Florals climbed the staircase and set the tone for the whole day.

Every detail here had a plan behind it. That's the part we love.

Natural glam for a bride who wanted to look like herself, just a little more radiant. 🤍

For Laura, that meant soft, glowing skin, a rosy lip and romantic curls pinned half-up to show off her pearls. Her bridal party's hair came together the same morning at Howling Moon Events.
