We know you've seen the flyers (signs), banners & might have even heard about it on Froggy 🐸 101.7 ~ just reminding everyone to come out & support our very own county's Henry County Strong fund raiser (@ the fairgrounds ~ 1106 Castle Hwy ~ Eminence 40019) going on majority of the day tomorrow 8/9 starting @ 10am & running until 7pm.
Packed with live music 🎶 & good food ~ supporting our own right here in our home county that lost so much in the floods a few months ago 😥

Percentage of our sales will be going DIRECTLY towards this cause for those involved ❤️

Hello everyone 👋 😀 Just reminding you this week is the Annual Henry County HARVEST SHOWCASE 🫑🌽🥬🥕🫜 at the Henry County Fairgrounds (1106 Castle Highway ~ Eminence 40019) 🐷🐮🐑🐐 ~ in its 25th celebration year 🥳🤠!!!! Saturday 7/26 from 9am-3pm ~ lunch starting at 11am

Come out for some home grown & raised straight from the gardens & farms right here in Henry County, Ky!!!!
Everything from fresh baked goods 🍞 & garden veggies & fruits 🍅🍉, home spun sheep wool 🐑, fresh cut flowers 💐, fresh pork pulled straight off the hog 🐖, antique tractors 🚜, to kissing a 🐐 goat in a kissing booth!!!! 😁 Just to name a handful ~ because there is sooooo muchhhh MORE!!!! All our meats (& a couple of our sides) are slooowww smoked with / over real hickory wood 🪵 the old fashioned way, the way it should be 😉 (no pellets, chips, electric or gas means used during any of our cooks.... EVER!!!) & our sides are homemade right here in our kitchen 🍽

Here's our menu for Carrollton for TOMORROW ~ Saturday 6/21 @ the Courthouse Square ~ We will start serving around 11am & will be there until we run out!!!! (Beware.... that happens more often than not 😉😆 & within a few hours!!! You have been warned!!!)

All of our meats are slooow smoked overnight over real hickory wood 🪵 the old fashioned way (like it should be 😉) for many, many hours with meticulous detail (no pellets, gas or electric means used in any way during our process) & a couple of our homemade sides are smoked as well!!

We will be setting up to start serving at 11am & will be there until we sell out!!! Weather permitting of course ~ & if this happens be watching here on FB for alternate plans!!!!

ALL of our meats are sloowwww smoked the old fashioned way...the way it should be ~ over real 🪵 hickory wood (NO pellets, electric, gas.... 'type the setting in & leave it' kind of deal EVER!!!!) And all of our side dishes are HOMEMADE with our special spin on each one!!!! 🤩 And a couple of them are smoked as well!!!
