WE HAVE AN OFFICIAL NEW FOOD AT THE 2026 MINNESOTA STATE FAIR!

Introducing our NEW Chorizo & Manchego Croquettes!

Croquettes (croquetas) are one of Spain's most iconic tapas—small, shareable appetizers that bring people together over great food, conversation, and community. They're a staple throughout Spain, and we couldn't think of a better way to introduce another authentic Spanish tradition to the fair.

Our croquettes are made with potato, Spanish chorizo, and manchego cheese, lightly breaded, fried until golden, drizzled with our homemade lemon garlic aioli, and finished with fresh chives. Crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling, they're the perfect bite whether you're sharing with friends or keeping them all to yourself. P.S. they're also gluten-free just like our paella!

We're incredibly excited to share our new food with everyone at the Great Minnesota Get-Together. We can't wait for you to try them!
