We've been having a blast at Parley Lake Winery! Come out and visit us on the weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from noon to 6 pm, and try our traditional pepperoni, or one of our artisan pizzas paired with the wines from Parley Lake.

We served a really fun Mexican themed meal on Saturday: Jalapenos with Gorgonzola and Bacon, Chicken Tamales, Mango Salsa, Petite Tacos, Chile Braised Pork Shoulder Tacos, Cilantro Lime Rice, Jicama Salad, Mango Margarita Ice Cream, Mexican Spiced Dark Chocolate Tarts, and Mexican Hot Chocolate. Yum!

Didn't think it was tornado season yet but it feels like a tornado went through the office. We have been BUSY for the last few weeks and the rest of the summer looks like it will continue. Definitely not complaining.

Baseball, beer, and pizza! We will have our Streetzza Wood Fire Pizza Fire Truck at Fulton Brewery on April 25th. The attendees will eat then head off to the Twins game. So nice to boot up the old email account in the morning and find a note like this, "Just wanted to tell you lunch received rave reviews today! Everyone loved it (myself included), and one person hunted me down to find out where those fabulous ribs came from! Thanks again!"

Chef Nate will be participating in Flavors of Twin Cities on May 5th. Proceeds go to the American Liver Foundation. He will cook for a round table of guests.
