With 25+ years of experience spanning fine dining, hotel management, and catering, Liz brings a passion for food, sustainability, and community to everything she does. She helped launch Minnesota Central Kitchen (now Kitchen Coalition) at the start of the pandemic, creating over 5 million meals for our neighbors while supporting local chefs and farmers.

Trash... or treat? Earlier this week, for Earth Day, we posed the question: Does your caterer compost? To show off our values in action, we gifted out wellness bowls made entirely from leftovers, packed in 100% compostable packaging, and tied up in a compost bag 💚
