Rather than focusing on the immediate ROI (like most hospitality establishments do), we were looking at things through different glasses. The Hospitality glasses....

Hospitality…In its core is not just about service, it’s about making somebody feel special. And in today's busy world, we seemed to have forgotten about this simple art. Hospitality is about putting others before you, it's about listening and building a connection first. Service is the mechanics that makes the parts move, but hospitality is the glue that keeps everything together.
