Artisan Chef Sue From a young age, I was drawn to the kitchen and its myriad flavors. Cooking has been a lifelong passion, instilled in me from an early age.

I was born and raised amidst the vibrant cultural melting pot of Miami, FL, where the fusion of diverse influences, including my Cuban and Middle Eastern heritage, ignited my deep appreciation for fine cuisine. Inspired by my mother's culinary creations, I eagerly joined her in preparing special dishes for our family gatherings. When I met my husband, he introduced me to a world of foods I had never encountered before, awakening an even deeper passion for food I didn't realize I had. Over the years, my curiosity and love for cooking led me to experiment with recipes, ultimately crafting creations cherished by many. It serves as both a source of relaxation and a means of creating cherished moments with close friends and family.

Road-tripped to Tampa this weekend to celebrate my niece and her hubby’s baby shower! 💛🍼

My SUV made the trip from Miami looking more like a mobile catering warehouse than a car. 😅 Packed to the brim with everything I needed to create this brunch spread!

Fueled by coffee, love, and a little bit of chaos… ❤️ This destination baby shower came together even better than I imagined.

Now you’re off to Army Reserve boot camp 🇺🇸 and then on to college to pursue architecture and engineering—two fields that fit your creativity, strength, and determination so perfectly.

A very proud military family moment 🇺🇸❤️ Yesterday we attended the first-ever Armed Forces Signing Ceremony honoring students who have enlisted in the military. Our little Erynne, who isn’t so little anymore ❤️ enlisted in the Army Reserves, and it was incredibly special to see her recognized at this ceremony. With her dad a proud Marine veteran, her uncle a Navy veteran, and both grandparents having served in the Army, this moment meant so much to our family.

Erynne we are so proud of the strong, determined young woman you’ve become. We love you so much and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll do.

Fresh scallops in the shell just hit different! I’m loading them up with lots of garlic and butter (of course 😌), sweet shallots, fresh parsley, and a sprinkle of golden bread crumbs for that perfect crispy top.

Maybe a little splash of white wine and a squeeze of lemon to finish… the kitchen is about to smell INSANE 🤤✨

Thank you for the BEST Christmas gift ever!! You absolutely nailed it. I cannot wait to add these gorgeous shaved cheeses to all my grazing boards — they’re about to look extra fancy and extra delicious.
