Monica Berincua is the creative artist behind Top’s Events. Consider her more than equipped to organize and create the event of your dreams. Her purpose is for you to feel like another welcomed guest at your own party. Worry-free and joyfully surprised.

When Monica was just a little girl, she enjoyed attending events and planning her own birthday parties. It wasn’t until her daughter’s 1st birthday that she decided to discover her full potential. On this day, she revealed her natural talent of impeccable touch for creative decor and event planning. Ever since, she’s been turning dreams into reality. She is capable of dominating any kind of event presented to her. Her approach is completely personalized and unique to every client and every event. Her priority is to satisfy and exceed her client’s expectations. .
