an Seehafer Productions and The Wharf Manitowoc will be located in the newly renovated Union Square complex at N. 7th and York Streets and is expected to open September 2021. venue will accommodate up to several hundred guests, featuring a modern urban industrial vibe that preserves the original cream city brick walls, high ceilings, and exposed beams. The historic beauty of the space will be accentuated by the natural light of new skylights, creating a picturesque atmosphere. Additional features for a successful event include a bar, fully loaded technical equipment for sound and lighting, and a large prep kitchen. The flexible space of the chic industrial warehouse venue is ready to customize to the desired setup of wedding ceremonies, receptions and other special events. Brennan Seehafer and his team, with a combined 20+ years experience in the wedding industry, offer wedding planning and coordination services to make each event special, memorable and flawless.

“Our goal is to offer brides and other event planners a turn-key event experience in a really cool location with a modern urban vibe, surrounded by beautiful historic features and luxury amenities,” remarked Brennan Seehafer. “We are working with Mike Howe Builders to transform this historic industrial space into a gorgeous event venue that will be unlike anything else around. From intimate events to grand affairs, this new venue will create an unforgettable backdrop to life’s most special events.”

This year-round event facility is just steps away from downtown amenities including hotels, bars, restaurants, museums and the Manitowoc River. Guests can explore the city before and after a special event, and the entire city is backdrop for unique photographs.
