Not all matcha is created equal folks. 😅 the chain shop you tried it at? 100% a different experience from the one you get from places that really CAREEEEEE about their matcha.

Ask about the cultivar, the flavor notes, and the region the matcha is from. Ask how they prepare it. I betcha the big ole chains can’t answer it the same way we can 👀

and tbh you might still not love it anyways, but that’s okay! At least you can say you gave it a genuine try and supported a small business while you were at it 🫶🏼

I like matcha + people, not social media. 😅😂 but running a business on a small budget = doing the work of marketing yourself on socials even when you don’t love it 💁🏻‍♀️

Thanks for the love here - every time someone comes to us and says “we found you from your videos,” it makes it worth it! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I swear by the matcha + maple syrup combo. It always hits (and it’s easyyyyy)

My recipe:
3.5oz oat milk (150ish g)
3-5g matcha + 30-50g water
15g maple syrup
Sprinkle of sea salt

Bonus tip: don’t be like me and forget to mix your syrup into your milk - it’s easier to combine BEFORE the ice is added! 🤓
