I have to stand in your room before I can design it. That’s not a preference — it’s the job.

AI can generate a thousand versions of a dream wedding or a dream home in ten seconds. It’s never felt how the light moves through your entryway at 5pm, or known why your grandmother’s china has to be the centerpiece no matter what.

That’s the part nobody automates: seeing the room, feeling it, knowing your story well enough to make the call — not just hand you options.

When you spend most of the year traveling the world, get engaged abroad, and basically collect inspiration everywhere you go… obviously those details are making it into the wedding. 💅🏼

The more I got to know C + D, the more I noticed the little things that felt so them: their love of millwork, the wallpaper moments throughout their home renovation, and her affinity for Caitlin Emma Wilson.

So naturally, we turned all of that into this insane es**rt display with Jessica | The Blissful Design. Layered, personal, and the perfect little dose of warmth against the chic blue + green tent design.

A bright, Southern-style welcome for our South Carolina couple 🤍 at the iconic

Our design goal was to celebrate where their story began—meeting at Furman University—and bring that spirit to life through color, pattern, and playful details. From scalloped accents to layered textures and vibrant floral arrangements, every element leaned into a fresh take on Southern charm.

Guests were welcomed with a rooftop cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and drinks, setting the tone for a joyful and unforgettable weekend ahead.
