Hey there! It’s been a while, and with a bunch of new followers, allow me to reintroduce myself (admit it, you sang that line in your head, right?). I’m Stevie, the founder and lead planner for Best Wishes. This company isn’t just a business to me, it’s my passion project – the part of my life that truly fills my cup. Quality over quantity is my mantra when it comes to my wedding schedule, and I make sure my couples know that.
By day, I’m a full-time school counselor working with the littlest of humans. My choice of careers might give you a hint—I’m outgoing, super friendly, and maybe even a bit over the top at times. 😉
As a mom to two incredible kids and married to my high school sweetheart for over a decade, I’m all about juggling life in Loudoun County, Virginia, while staying true to our central PA roots. We’re die-hard Philly sports fans – catch me rocking Phillies red or Eagles green about 75% of the time!
The best part of my own wedding? That would have to be the surprise appearance of the Hokie Bird from my Alma mater, Virginia Tech, helping us cut the cake!
In the great Coke vs Pepsi debate, I’m firmly on Team Coke, I’m a cat person, can’t live without iced coffee, and believe every meal is better with cheese. Weekends are for adventures, I rewatch One Tree Hill regularly, adore bright colors, savor red wine, and always have a story to share!

This is a wedding that I have been excited for for *years* - before Best Wishes even existed! Megan is an incredible person who worked very closely with me in the world of public education - I actually first heard that schools were closed in 2020 from her! She always lit up talking about Mike and I was beyond thrilled when he proposed! We have always supported each other and now we are SO excited to support her and Mike’s wedding day!

It’s my BIRTHDAY and it felt like a great time to reintroduce myself as we roll into a new year!
I’m Stevie, the face of Best Wishes and a bride and groom’s best friend! I get to know some many people so well as I help make their wedding dreams come true, I thought it would be fun to share some fun facts about me as well!
1) I’m a National Board Certified Counselor in my day job - being a source of calm and helping others has always been my passion. I work with K-5 year olds and love my job!
2) I’m a mom to 1.5 - my son is 5 and he’s getting a baby sister in 2023!
3) My favorite tv show of all time is One Tree Hill, although I have a real soft spot for Criminal Minds and Ted Lasso too.
4) I’m an incredibly picky eater but some of my favorite “weird” flavors are things like fennel and blue cheese.
5) I married my high school sweetheart and we’re going on 10 years married this summer!
6) I run this business with some of my favorite people in the world, who I’ll be officially introducing on my feed here soon! I’m so lucky to work with the people I love ❤️
7) I have a serious sweet tooth but I’m not a chocolate girl - growing up in Hershey will do that to you 🤣 I also don’t really like cake!
8) I’m a cat person - not to say I won’t love all over your dogs but they just aren’t for me 🤣
9) I’m a pink and glitter girly girl after being the total opposite for most of my life!
10) I LOVE sports and went to Virginia Tech so I live for Hokie football, the Phillies and the Eagles.

It’s been a fun couple weeks “off” but I’m ramping back up for a New Year’s Eve wedding and booking up for 2023 and this picture from the only wedding I did full planning on this year (I only take 1!) came in tonight. What perfect timing.
This is an odd business because you form super close relationships and then the wedding ends and for the most part, that’s it! You actually hope for no repeat business 🤣
I am so grateful for the people I’ve met and the relationship I’ve formed while helping make dreams come true. Thanks for making me the absolute luckiest!!!
