Watching her grow into the person and therapist she was always meant to be. 💫

🌤️ The areas of my life that bring me peace are also the ones that help me show up more fully in life and in my work.

Morning walks, time in nature, and quiet moments by the water. These are the spaces where I find reflection and renewal.

As both a therapist and a person, I’m reminded again and again that growth often happens in the small, steady moments… in curiosity, connection, and noticing what feels meaningful.

Feeling grateful for the chance to do this work and for all the ways life continues to unfold. ☀️
