Struggling to feel graceful in your practice? You’re not alone. Elegance in dance is something we all grow into over time. Here are some reminders to stay connected and grounded:

⭐ Lengthen through your spine – Imagine a string lifting you tall from the crown of your head.
⭐ Move with your breath – Let your breathing guide you so each step flows with ease.
⭐ Finish each movement – Extend to your fingertips and toes, savoring the last moment before you move on.

Grace comes from patience, practice, and kindness toward yourself. ❤️
