Community isn’t built by only surrounding yourself with people who mirror your life. Some of the most impactful relationships happen across generations, industries, experiences, and seasons of life — if we stay open to them. This is something we see and feel often at In Good Company Collective.

Community Isn’t Convenient is our recurring happy hour series built around exactly that: approachable, low-pressure connection and conversation with people you may not have crossed paths with otherwise.

Come solo, bring a friend, stay for one drink or for the whole evening. There’s no agenda — just room for community to happen naturally.

One thing about In Good Company events — we want them to feel layered, interactive, and genuinely connective.

The activation hosts throughout Legacy in Bloom brought so much life to the morning, from collaborative art and florals to intuitive readings, plants, permanent jewelry, and all of the conversations sparked in between.

We believe community spaces matter because they expose people to new ideas, local artists, businesses, resources, and one another in ways that create real ripple effects.

Legacy in Bloom was everything and more.

A room full of women spanning generations, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives — gathered around conversation centered on leadership, mentorship, creativity, community, friendship, and the kind of impact we build together over time.

There was so much honesty, wisdom, humor, reflection, encouragement, and genuine connection shared throughout the morning.

One of my favorite parts of the morning was watching women reconnect, getting outside of their comfort zones, exchanging numbers, sharing stories, encouraging one another, and continuing conversations long after the panel ended. And that’s the point.

Thank you to every attendee, panelist, partner, volunteer, activation host, and contributor who helped bring this morning to life.

Legacy isn’t something we leave behind — it’s something we actively build together in community, through the way we show up for one another now.

The collaboration with Domas Studio was such a perfect glimpse into the kind of experience they create.

Grace DeClerck Snively is an incredible instructor and creative guide who creates space for art to become whatever you need it to be — healing, expressive, playful, connective, progressive, reflective.
