We just wrapped up with a beautiful wedding at Sassafras Ridge in Marshall, Illinois. This one is definitely a jaw dropper venue and I cant wait to return and see it in the Fall when all the trees are turning color. Thanks for having us out L&G we had a blast entertaining family and friends! Everyone made us feel like family!

On Tuesday I got to take part of a style shoot at Hotel Royer. Ive been rapidly changing and modifying gear and doing things like moving the TV from a surface mount to inside the booth to further up the "rustic elegance" that has molded our look.

When I got done taping down the last cable and fired up the lights I got a little emotional knowing not terribly long ago we were setting up on a folding table with a generic facade and some old school light stands.... I had created something professional and was super proud of everything!

I really want to shout out my wife Frankie Lyn Duncan for always having my back and giving me honest opinions when it comes to my ideas. As well as my Father for helping me with my initial booth build.

There is so much history and love that travels on those 4 caster wheels. From wood that was acquired in my childhood, it became the bar at our wedding and then given away to family. When it finally came back to us covered in spiders (thank you Lacey F**t ).

We also got to test the new "Dancing on the clouds" machine and everyone that was in the room was super impressed.

And last but not least I got to run into Rachael Marie Photography again and get some amazing photos that I cant wait for!!! Need an amazing and fun person for your photos? She is your girl! As well as Rose for all your Hotel Royer needs!

Things are changing! What's crazy is my father got this wood when I was a child. My brother and him built a bar with white christmas lights for our wedding. We gave it away a few years later to a family member and it ended up getting put in storage. We got it back and it became the booth we have been using. And its evolving again!
