As the event production firm for the Ohio Fatherhood & Infant Vitality Summit and VIP Reception, Celebrity Style Events built everything behind the scenes:

Run-of-show documents and internal and client timelines
Host scripts for the summit and the reception
Programs, award plates, and a custom sponsor step-and-repeat
"The Evolution of Infant Mortality," a gallery exhibit of 14+ freestanding pieces
Vendor load-in instructions and emergency plans for both venues
Vendor coordination, staffing, and full on-site management across two venues in two days

Two venues. Two days. One powerful mission.

Celebrity Style Events is proud to have served as the event production firm and marketing agency for the 2026 Ohio Fatherhood & Infant Vitality Summit and VIP Reception, presented by Urban Family Development Center.

On September 17, we opened the weekend with an elegant VIP Reception at The Overlook at Astor Park for elected officials, partners, honorees, and community leaders. On September 18, we delivered a full-day summit at Mitchell Hall at Columbus State Community College. The program featured a keynote, an expert panel, a Day One Dads honoree celebration, and a gallery exhibit.

The summit was supported by Franklin County Board of Commissioners, the Ohio Department of Children & Youth, the Ohio Commission on Minority Health, OCPIM, Nationwide Children's Hospital, OhioHealth, and UnitedHealthcare. Our job was to deliver an experience worthy of that investment.

From concept to close, we handled production, vendor management, branded materials, marketing, and on-site ex*****on.
