Celebrity Style Events is currently seeking a part-time vendor coordinator to assist with vendor relationships for our upcoming festivals, expos, and events.

Celebrity Style Events is a large scale event production company specializing in weddings, festivals, corporate events and expos.

Vendor Coordinator should solicit, establish and maintain a relationship with past and potential vendors.

Must coordinate with past and potential vendors to ensure necessary vendor paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.

Actively promotes new vendor opportunities.

Knowledgeable all on aspects of vendor expectations to answer all questions a past and potential vendor may have.

-Must be at least 21 years or older to apply.
-Must have previous vendor coordination experience.
-Must be able to work on a commission based salary with potential to work full time on a salary basis.
-Must have a tablet or laptop computer.
-Must be able to commit to 20 - 30 hours each week.
-Must be able to follow directions.
-Must sign Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
