Venue Spotlight: Wigwam Events Center
The Wigwam Event Center is nestled within a serene wooded site and offers a variety of event spaces, including a full theatre! This historic property was formerly used as a private retreat but is now available for rental to the public. The Wigwam truly has it all - tranquility, comfort, and convenience.
We loved working here for the Jess Howard Electric event not only for the unique space, but how easy it was to work with their wonderful staff!

The evening began with Longevity Awards, highlighting anniversary milestones spanning up to 45 years! After formalities, the party began with delicious food, lively casino games, music, and lots of prizes. ๐ฐ

โจ VENUE SPOTLIGHT: Retreat 21 Venue โจ
We loved working with Retreat21 for the OhioX CEO Retreat! This beautiful new venue was the perfect space for 120 executives, which included 2 large breakout rooms, onsite lodging and beautiful wooded grounds. It was a great choice for this event as it broke the attendees out of their normal "tech" environment.

OhioX is a nonprofit membership organization that connects, promotes, and advocates for tech in Ohio. With all the exciting tech developement coming to Ohio, it was incredible to be a part of their first CEO Retreat. This one-day event hosted several panel discussions, keynotes, delicious food by Cameron Mitchell, and plenty of cool technology demos.

At our last event we teamed up with CultureShoc to create some incredibly fun and memorable team building activities. From morning "energizers" to city wide scavenger hunts, CultureShoc knows how to keep your team on their toes and spark new connections.
After a 4 year hiatus, it was time for their team to reconnect at their 2022 Companywide Meeting. This was a "World Class" event for an outstanding group of sales professionals.
We coordinated a city-wide scavenger hunt with help from CultureShoc LLC, a kick on the field with Crew SC Crew Cat , and even facilitated a major company announcement on the Jumbotron. Scarlet City Events planned every detail to be bigger and better than anything they had ever done before!

A few snapshots of the Hospital Grand Opening event. We planned a VIP Preview, Blessing and Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Friday followed by a Community Opening for over 2k guests on Saturday. The fun included tours of the state of the art facility, balloons, face painting, Touch a Truck (and helicopter) and lots of yummy food from Together & Company, Schmidt's Sausage Haus & Sweet Tooth Ice Cream Trucks.
