‼️ Future FIREWOMEN 🔥 🚒🧯Way to train hard 💯 These ladies had 6oz of protein for lunch and of course protein brownies. We did a beef lasagna, barbecue chicken and rice bowl and a vegan option so they could replenish and stay fueled for the rest of the training day! 💪

Did anyone ever hear the results of the viral “David Bar” lawsuit? 👩‍⚖️
Full disclosure I AM a fan of these protein bars. This was the reasoning of why the lawsuit was ultimately dropped: “Calories that are metabolized by the body” was on the label.

At the end of the day if you tracked “David bar” in your nutrition app and kept doing it, your body will let you know if the calorie range you are currently in taking is causing you to progress, maintain or decrease body weight.

BeWARE of the sneaky influencers 😉

In general Arugula is high in fiber and low in fat. BUT dairy IS very crucial to overall health and wellness. As a chef, I’d recommend making a pesto with BOTH arugula and a low fat dairy like skim ricotta! If you’re lactose intolerant maybe substitute cashews or Brazil nuts!
