This is an awesome presentation!!! A grilled cheese bar is a great idea for your informal catered event.

This has to be one of the coolest Grilled Cheese sandwiches we’ve seen. Chef from has created this with cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan, along with pickled shallots and chives. We dig the melted cheese crown it’s got too!
New on the menu Grilled Cheese. Cheddar, mozzarella & Parmesan with some pickled shallots and chives in the middle. Pretty happy with how this came out (thanks Maya for doing the actual work) 🧀

It was a pleasure, privilege, and honor to cater this anniversary event as a part of the children's gift as a personal chef. The surprise was perfect and the memories shared were priceless. It is so precious to be invited to share extendedly in events like these.

Thanks to Barrie E. for the privilege of feeding her and her guests last night. French onion soup, spinach salad with warm bacon honey balsamic vinaigrette dressing, stuffed filet mignon with mushrooms, bacon, spinach, bleu cheese and Guyer, warm roasted vegetables, and roasted rosemary garlic red potatoes. Finished with spiced apple granola and whipped cream shooters.
