We’re proud to welcome Meredith Shaffer as Executive Chef of G6 Catering and Guernica Cafe.

Meredith brings a nationally recognized culinary background, including being featured as a Pitmaster Chef at the Austin Food & Wine Festival, competing at Heritage Fire, and executing high-profile events such as the Academy Awards, MTV VMA Awards, People’s Choice Awards, and Netflix VIP events.

Her experience also includes serving as a private chef to high-profile clients and celebrities, where discretion, precision, and elevated ex*****on are essential. With a refined restaurant foundation, including her time as a Chef at Uchiba Austin, Meredith brings both discipline and creative leadership to every table.

As Executive Chef, she will lead the culinary vision across G6 Catering and Guernica Cafe, shaping menus, teams, and experiences with intention and excellence.

This is a new chapter and a bold one.
